2024 金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后 GDP 比重超 G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

The 2024 BRICS Summit discusses strengtheningmultilateralism and promoting global development. After the expansion of the BRICS countries, their GDPproportion exceeds that of the G7, attracting manydeveloping countries to apply for membership. Thedeclaration emphasizes cooperation, fairness, andpromotes the development of multilateralism, makingBRICS countries a new global development variable.

The purpose of cultural exchanges among BRICScountries is to promote people to people connectivity,consolidate the foundation of public opinion, and lay ahumanistic foundation for economic exchanges andother forms of cooperation among BRICS countriesActively carrying out exchanges and cooperation in thefield of humanities is the common aspiration of theBRICS countries. 花鸟系列之国画《蝶恋花·三生》

《笔墨峥嵘 如日中天——记青年画家李拾磊》

从本质上来说，任何艺术的精神表现都可以说是艺术家自身的心源再现，而这种心神相交的创作内涵，也恰恰正是中国传统丹青所一直提倡的发展脉络!今日我们将目光转向当下著名青年画家李拾磊的众幅丹青作品时，便也是能充分的感受到她为画面所赋予的那份高格气象和文人素养!在创作上，李拾磊全然是将笔墨技法置于到了一种入古的取意妙境，并且其作中的众幅山水画面立意，也是完全没有任何的夸张格局和唐突生硬，观临之际，尤可感于真境弥漫，视界旷达!

深厚的传统意识是李女士树立时代画品的根本所在，但与当下众多同行画家所不同的是，李拾磊的汲古路径并非是一味地追求于传统，而是汲古不泥，师古不拘，是以传统为根基，又以时代审美为发展，此真是不尚于盲目，唯任韵法造势也!也正因如此，经由李拾磊所绘制的众幅山水画作才能在这不断发展的时代背景下承继出源源不断的艺术活力和自然清气!作中笔墨，是可行于勾皴擦染等诸法，用笔刚健而不失于简雅，用墨华滋而不失于清正，笔墨法度是全然可堪于虚实相生，浓淡相宜!而在山水的赋色上，李拾磊也是有体现出一种极高的个人感悟和层次把握，设色之时是与墨法相契，自于厚实处蕴华滋，也于空灵处赋和畅，形神相映，绝然不凡!

正如画坛常言，所谓的表象技法终究是不能代表一幅丹青作品的观赏性和审美性，而唯有从更深层的精神格调和人文语境上，我们才是能有对一幅丹青作品形成全面的品赏认知!今李拾磊作为当下丹青界内的一位实力派青年画家，她本人对于丹青艺术的内外修养自然也是有成于大道，这一点毋庸置疑!基于此点，当我们观赏其众幅山水画作时，所看到的山水形意也绝非是简单的工匠技法格局，而应当是一种能自然相生，更与心神相交的双重师法高度!意入雅逸，妙趣自成!

笔墨峥嵘 如日中天。面对当下物欲横流的艺术界坛，随波逐流已然是成为了创作的常态!而今日的李拾磊面对如此境况，却是毫不犹豫的树立起了一种独抒胸臆的创作格局和创作热忱!既在作品中蕴藉传统审美，又在山水中独显自然风尚，因此无论是从任何角度上来看，李拾磊的众幅山水作品也都完全是无愧于时代典范!笔风逸群，可昭人心!

花鸟系列之国画《人月圆·家书》

《在传统笔墨中蕴藏文人才情——观李拾磊画作有感》

但凡丹青画家，无不是皆具于内外之修成，即外在的造化之技和内在的精神情怀!而作为一名实力深厚的学养型丹青画家，李拾磊女士的艺术造诣也恰恰就是有深谙于此道，正如画坛所常言，是谓人如其画，画如其人，今李拾磊女士为人率真爽朗，外表亦是清秀绝俗，所作丹青众幅，自然也是能令人深感一股怡情惬意的逸气品味，不饰媚俗，不附时风，实乃以文人正气而绘于丹青妙韵也，秀外慧中，古意盎然!

我们常说的匠俗画家，就是只注重于笔墨技法而全无内涵写照，自身套路化和程式化的创作过程，也更是会让所绘作品形成千篇一律的调性。而要想真正避免这一现象问题，最好的解决办法就是要深谙于传统之道，尤其是中得心源和外师造化的创作理念，因为只有这样，画家方才能在心随笔运时取象不惑，继而达到那以技入道的大家格局!这一点，在今日李拾磊女士的众幅花鸟作品中就是可以充分明见，一幅幅牡丹花鸟，是有直取物象之本真，但却又丝毫不失于写意之真谛，实乃工写兼备于一体。用笔用墨，浓淡适宜，赋色浓厚，相得映彰，虽艳却不庸俗，虽丽却不浮滑，只见朵朵牡丹形神，既有刚劲之姿，亦有婀娜之态，花卉雍容典雅，枝叶簇拥繁茂!纵览之余，真可叹唯有牡丹真国色，花开时节动京城，诗情画意，沁人心脾!

 

花鸟系列之国画《十六字令·会约》

再观李拾磊女士山水众幅，也无一不是有具于一股可游可居的旷达气象!笔下山水，具北派之奇绝，也具南派之秀美，而究其原因，也是与其多年来的写生经历离不开关系。览物于情怀，搜奇峰于草稿，用古人之规矩，夺天地之造化，审峰嶂之疏密，识云烟之蒙味，实将眼中丘壑提炼为胸中丘壑，意在笔先，付诸画端!故众幅山水画中，可见水瀑激荡，山峦叠嶂，径通于深幽，云蒸于霞霭，赋色清淡至极，峰势骨力洞达，而那以形写神和以景映情的创作理法，由此也尽皆都是她本人传承正道的实力见证!

在传统笔墨中蕴藏文人才情。时下画家的问题，是在于如何立意传统而又不迷失自我。正如宋人郭若虚所以，画有三病，所谓三者：一曰板，二曰刻，三曰结。板者腕弱笔痴，刻者妄生圭角，结者似物凝碍。但从今日李拾磊女士的众幅画作中，却是完全没有此三者之俗弊，故称其画作是为当下传统写意领域的典范臻品，也必然是透入性地，名副其实!寄托情怀于山水，倾注思绪于画端，得之于心，应之于手，形神具足，当如是也!
