马西美，男，1954 年生，山东滕州人，中共党员，大学文化。1992 年始任中国人民政治协商会议第十届、第十一届、第十二届委员会，滕州委员。世界艺术研究中心非物质文化遗产保护专业委员会会员。荣获国际中国艺坛领军人物。

2018 年 1 月被评为“中国艺术金像奖金奖”。“2019 年11 月担任中国世纪大采风书画院副院长”。2020 年被聘为“中欧文化形象大使”称号。2020 年荣获“亚洲文化艺术奖”并兼任“东京国家研究院名誉院长”。2020 年 10 月荣获“全球艺术金爵奖”。“2020 年 4 月担任世界文艺家、企业家交流中心名誉主席”。2021 年 3 月荣获“世界十大殿堂级艺术大师”称号。2022 年 3 月被中国国礼文创艺术网、全国文艺界代表人物组委会授予“全国两会文艺界名家”荣誉称号。

2022 年 9 月授予“二十大文艺界杠杆人物”。2021 年 5月被编入《全球最具收藏投资百位艺术家》经典巨著。2023年 2 月荣获“中日韩东亚文化艺术三大家”国际级荣誉称号。2023 年 3 月荣获“首届联合国国际艺术节”评委奖，任联合国首席艺术顾问。

Ma Ximei, male, born in 1954, from Tengzhou, Shandong,is a member of the Communist Party of China and has auniversity education. Since 1992, he has been a memberof the Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth Committees of theChinese People's Political Consultative Conference andTengzhou. Member of the Intangible Cultural HeritageProtection Professional Committee of the World ArtResearch Center. Awarded as a leading figure in theinternational Chinese art scene.

In January 2018, it was awarded the "China Art GoldenStatue Award Gold Award". In November 2019, he wasappointed as the Vice President of the China CenturyGreat Collection Painting and Calligraphy Academy. In2020, he was appointed as the "China Europe CulturalAmbassador". In 2020, he was awarded the "Asian Cultureand Arts Award" and concurrently served as the"Honorary Dean of the Tokyo National ResearchInstitute". In October 2020, it was awarded the "GlobalArt Golden Goblet Award". Appointed as the HonoraryChairman of the World Literature and EntrepreneurshipExchange Center in April 2020. In March 2021, he wasawarded the title of "World's Top Ten Hall level ArtMasters". In March 2022, he was awarded the honorarytitle of "Famous Artist in the Literary and Art Circlesof the National People's Congress and Chinese People'sPolitical Consultative Conference" by the ChinaNational Gift Culture and Creative Art Network and theNational Organizing Committee of RepresentativeFigures in the Literary and Art Circles.

In September 2022, awarded the title of "Top 20Leveraged Figures in the Literary and Art Circles". InMay 2021, he was included in the classic masterpiece"The 100 Most Collected and Investable Artists in theWorld". In February 2023, it was awarded theinternational honorary title of "Three Masters of EastAsian Culture and Art in China, Japan, and South Korea".In March 2023, he was awarded the Jury Prize at the FirstUnited Nations International Arts Festival andappointed as the Chief Artistic Advisor of the UnitedNations.
