胡曾禹，生于 1939 年，笔名，白云主人，黄河居人华山墨翁。1962 年毕业于山东艺专电影科(山东艺术学院前身)政府机关退休。中共党员经济师,书法家国礼艺术名家。现为国际名人百科会员、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会客座教授、中国民族艺术家协会终身名誉主席兼特邀顾问、中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会会员、中国互联网艺术总监、中国书画家联谊会会员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会会员中国书画联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员特聘书画家中国楹联学会理事省市级书法家协会会员,国际书法大典编委 ,山东金秋书画院副院长黄河分院院长, 济南白云书画社顾问洛阳颜真卿书法研究会名誉会长、山东菏泽地区书画研究院名誉院长。

其作品多次参加国内外书画大展并获奖被美国法国 ,港澳台等国家和地区人士收藏。人民日报中央电视台多频道多次报导其作品。入选作品在法国卢浮宫, 中国历史博物馆、中国美术馆、政协礼堂等单位展出。作品载入《国际书法篆刻大观》《国际现代书法集》《海峡两岸书画名家精品集(央媒联合工作组)》《首届中韩优秀书画家(韩国国会邀请展作品集)》等 80 多种典籍。济南电视台、中国美术网、华夏书画网等多家媒体报道。

胡曾禹先生还计划将建设一个最大的诗书画苑全国的书画家能汇聚一堂共同为中华传统文化传承而奋斗。闵杰先生有诗赞胡曾禹曰:笔墨纵横几十年几多韶华付砚田。愿倾毕生心血力,换得书法进校园!2013 年应邀入编《盛世翰墨名家经典》(国礼卷),被原文化部艺术人才中心评为中国书法十大家。

2016 年 12 月作品入选北京中国国家画院国展美术中心举行的“深入生活扎根人民”优秀人民书画家作品成果展,接受中央电视台等多家媒体采访,并向全国人民发出倡议:中国人写好中国字,从小学生开始,成立中小学书法研究会是书法进课堂的最好办法。2020 年胡曾禹被国际名人百科授予中国最美书画家。在世界抗疫中其书法祝语被选百家之中并授予有十个大使馆大使签名奖牌。2021 年由国际名人百科举荐参加中意文化交流被评为中意首席外交官。

抗日战争胜利七十周年胡老师的作品在北京工人文化宫展出后又参加了中国抗日战争七十周年展在旧金山展馆展还在展着没有退回。2022 年 9 月特聘为博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究中心“研究员”。

Hu Zengyu, born in 1939, pen name, Baiyun Master, born inHuashan Moweng, a resident of the Yellow River. Graduated from theFilm Department of Shandong Art College (predecessor of ShandongAcademy of Arts) in 1962 and retired from government service. Communist Party member economist, calligrapher and renowned artistof national etiquette. Currently, he is a member of the InternationalCelebrity Encyclopedia, a guest professor of the Painting and CalligraphyArt Professional Committee of the Chinese National ArchitectureResearch Association, a lifelong honorary chairman and invitedconsultant of the Chinese National Artists Association, a member of theAcademic Committee of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity CultureResearch Association, a director of the Chinese Internet Art, a memberof the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of thePainting and Calligraphers Working Committee of the New Artists Groupof the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of theprovincial and municipal calligraphers' Association, a member of theeditorial board of the International Calligraphy Festival, the vicepresident of Shandong Jinqiu Calligraphy and Painting Academy, thepresident of the Yellow River Branch, a consultant of the Jinan BaiyunCalligraphers and Painters Association, the honorary president ofLuoyang Yan Zhenqing Calligraphy Research Association, HonoraryPresident of Heze Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, ShandongProvince.

His works have participated in numerous domestic andinternational calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won awards, andhave been collected by people from countries and regions such as theUnited States, France, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. People's Daily andCCTV have reported on his works multiple times. The selected works areexhibited at institutions such as the Louvre Museum in France, theMuseum of Chinese History, the National Art Museum of China, and thePolitical Consultative Conference Hall. The works have been included inmore than 80 classic works such as "International Calligraphy and SealCarving Grand View", "International Modern Calligraphy Collection", "Collection of Fine Works of Cross Strait Calligraphers and Painters(Central Media Joint Working Group)", and "The First ExcellentCalligraphers and Painters from China and South Korea (Korean NationalAssembly Invitation Exhibition Works Collection)". Multiple mediaoutlets such as Jinan Television, China Art Network, and HuaxiaCalligraphy and Painting Network have reported on it.

Mr. Hu Zengyu also plans to build the largest poetry, calligraphy, andpainting garden where calligraphers and painters from all over thecountry can gather together to strive for the inheritance of traditionalChinese culture. Mr. Min Jie wrote a poem praising Hu Zengyu, saying: "Ink and brush have been used for decades, and over the years, theyhave been used to create ink stones. I am willing to devote my wholelife's efforts to bring calligraphy into the campus! In 2013, he was invitedto be included in the compilation of "Classics of Famous Masters ofCalligraphy and Ink in the Prosperous Era" (National Gift Volume), andwas named one of the top ten masters of Chinese calligraphy by theformer Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture.

In December 2016, his works were selected for the "Deepening Lifeand Rooting in the People" Excellent People's Calligraphers and PaintersExhibition held at the National Exhibition Art Center of the ChinaNational Academy of Painting in Beijing. He was interviewed by multiplemedia outlets such as CCTV and issued an initiative to the people of thecountry: Chinese people should write Chinese characters well, startingfrom young students, and establishing calligraphy research associationsin primary and secondary schools is the best way to bring calligraphy intothe classroom.

In 2020, Hu Zengyu was awarded the title of China's Most BeautifulCalligrapher and Painter by the International Celebrity Encyclopedia. Inthe global fight against the epidemic, his calligraphy and congratulatorymessages were selected among the top 100 and awarded medals withsignatures from ten embassy ambassadors. In 2021, recommended bythe International Celebrity Encyclopedia to participate in culturalexchanges between China and Italy, he was named the Chief Diplomat ofChina and Italy.

After the 70th anniversary of the victory of the War of ResistanceAgainst Japanese Aggression, Mr. Hu's works were exhibited at theBeijing Workers' Cultural Palace and then participated in the 70thanniversary exhibition of the Chinese War of Resistance Against JapaneseAggression. The exhibition is still on display at the San Francisco Pavilionand has not been returned. In September 2022, I was specially appointedas a "researcher" at the Boao Asian Art Talent Research Center.
