全球范围内征选 100 名书画名家将其相关资料及作品，邀请相关人员组成评选小组进行审定，最后审定出 33 名赴法参展人员。

宋春良(笔名:学成)1954 年生于吉林长春，祖籍山东省邹平县。

作者从小受祖父影响，7 岁开始临帖习画(楷书以柳)颜体为根，隶书综(曹全碑)(乙瑛碑书)以甲骨文等行书则师。(赵孟頫)兼学二王。多年来刻苦揣摩，兼学并取之长，形成了自己的声韵之大雅，飘逸以不俗之美感。

中小学时期多次推荐到市区文化部门培训。1972 年知青下乡，通过实践，创造中国画(丰收场上)(十月的喜讯)分别入选省市美展并获奖。1975 年，推荐工农兵大学生，放弃机会入吉林工美专学习。1998 年，入中央美院函授班深造。多年来曾任和编入。

国家一级美术师，国宾礼画家。(1922-2022)被编入国际艺术家年鉴，同时获国际艺术家贡献奖和证书。

2003 年，任山东东方美术研究所签约画家。

2005 年，台湾统一集团特聘文化顾问。

2006 年，参加第三届中华民间艺术博览会，国画《晨曲》获金奖。

2007 年，入编(黑龙江教育专栏)。

2012 年，北京(文化月刊，书画大海的胸怀)入编。2012年，网易新闻(新时代先锋人物)传播并获奖证书。2012 年，向(中国乌鲁木齐 SOS 儿童村捐赠书法作品，拍卖 5.5 万元)并获证书。

2015-2018 年，曾任京蒙佛教艺术馆常务理事。

2019 年，参加内蒙古艺术联合会，庆祝建国 70 周年，大展作品(长城雄姿)获三等奖并获证书。

2022 年，央广华夏之声，CHINA 特别推荐报道。2022年 9 月，今日头条网 APP 推荐的，德艺双馨、新时代艺术家，宋春良报导。2023 年 5 月，诗情画意册页，在香港(国丰国际拍卖，以 RMB23 万元，落锤成交。

2023 年 6 月参加“北京·第二届丝路艺桥，埃塞俄比亚大使馆——文化交流展”并获证书。

2023 年由北京，文艺出版社。大红袍书集，具有中国文化历史专著，《中国美术史》入编，并获证书。

Song Chunliang (pen name: Xuecheng) was born inChangchun, Jilin in 1954, with ancestral roots in Zouping County, Shandong Province.

The author was influenced by his grandfather sincechildhood. At the age of 7, he began to learn calligraphy (usingwillow as the base for regular script) and Yan style as thefoundation. He also learned from cursive script such as oraclebone script in clerical script (using Cao Quanbei and Yi Yingstele scripts). Zhao Mengfu concurrently studied as the SecondPrince. Over the years, I have diligently studied and learnedfrom my strengths, forming my own elegant and graceful voicewith a refined aesthetic.

I have been recommended multiple times during myprimary and secondary school years to receive training at thecultural department in the city. In 1972, educated youth wentto the countryside and through practice, created Chinesepaintings (on the Harvest Field) (good news in October), whichwere selected for provincial and municipal art exhibitions andwon awards. In 1975, I recommended college students from thefields of industry, agriculture, and military to give up theopportunity to study at Jilin Industrial and Art College. In 1998, Ienrolled in the correspondence course at the Central Academyof Fine Arts for further studies. Served and incorporated formany years.

In 2003, he was appointed as a contracted painter byShandong Oriental Art Research Institute.
