全球范围内征选 100 名书画名家将其相关资料及作品，邀请相关人员组成评选小组进行审定，最后审定出 33 名赴法参展人员。

唐人(李长春)，中国。生于 1954 年 4 月 5 日，邯郸人，全球艺术量子生命画派创始人，中国汉字快速习字法回x 格国家知识产权专利发明人，国家专利号(201130342990，4)国家高级美术师，太极书道创始人，中国国事国务国宾礼特供艺术家，德艺双馨人民艺术家，中国书画研究院名誉主席，国际著名画家。

唐人(李长春)先生是当代著名的画家和学者，对牡丹创作的探索广博而深邃。他立足传统笔墨，抱怀古今，博采众家之长，融入己意，以独特的审美视角撷取时代的精神风貌，富有鲜明的时代感。作为富有新意内涵的艺术家，唐人先生将自身的精神提升到一个“空灵而饱满”的境界，以鲜明的艺术语言和生动娴静的境界凸显情感和内在精神。其牡丹作品让观者能寻觅到宁静淡雅的志趣，领悟到真挚情感的阐述;处处浸润着他的情思、意趣、才气与性情，创作出一种以强调色彩为先，意境为上的艺术语境。

Tang Dynasty (Li Changchun), China. Born on April5, 1954, in Handan, he is the founder of the Global ArtQuantum Life Painting School, the inventor of theChinese Chinese Character Rapid Learning Method HuiX Grid National Intellectual Property Patent, thenational senior artist with national patent number(201130342990, 4), the founder of Tai Chi Calligraphy,a special artist for the State Guest Ceremony of theState Council of China, a people's artist with bothvirtue and art, the honorary chairman of the ChineseAcademy of Painting and Calligraphy, and aninternationally renowned painter.
