方晋平——联合国推广大使

方晋平 现任中国外事国宾礼特供艺术家，文化部高级书法家，国家一级书法师，中国书法家协会会员，北京书法技艺非遗传承人，加拿大维多利亚皇家艺术学院客座教授，英国牛津大学皇家艺术学院客座教授，中央美院客座教授，孔子美术馆签约艺术家等职。是国家“非物质文化遗产发展保护中心”评选的首批非遗文化创新人才。二年内又获殊荣。获 2023 年 10 月获毕加索国际青少年绘画大赛(总决赛)优秀导师奖。2023 年 11 月被世界非物质文化遗产研院聘为特邀院士。2024 年 1 月被中国艺术人才基金会评选为享受特殊津贴专家。

先生研究国学，深刻认识到凡物有象，阴阳平衡，大道相同。先生将哲学和医学的灵魂用于书法实践创新，追求的书法的中庸之和，老庄的无为，佛家的禅定，达到阴阳平衡，用笔墨线条体现出精气神韵及哲学和对书法的认识，意境深远。观之作品若无声的音乐，有形的舞蹈。寄托了爱国情志，表达了大爱慈悲精神。因有深厚国学底蕴为指导和几十年的功力，作品力透纸背，神形合一，骨格清秀高雅，深得二王精髓。袭古创新，兼容并蓄晋汉唐宋元名家的精髓，专攻小楷，其作品美仑美奂形神俱美是当今书法家中一颗耀眼的明星。

方先生以书法为道，进行修行。长时间分别创作了《毛泽东诗词全集》《金刚经》《老子道德经》《大学》《弟子规》《心经》等作品，分别以篆书，隶书，楷书，瘦金体书写充分展现天人合一的思想与书法艺术完美结合。

方先生书法艺术的魅力，可以使人静心喜悦，气通血畅，能量满满，气场强大，雅俗共赏。展现了高雅的艺术风范，如玉的质朴，外慧而内秀，神气十足，特别是创作《心经》更使让人宁静心生喜悦，能外调风水内强自我。方先生书法作品在国内外多次参展，获大奖，分别出版了世界邮票和中国邮票，多部书法作品被《中国美术通史》《中国书法史》《中国书法大字典》等著作收录担仟艺术顾问并被新闻媒体广为宣传。是目前公认的书法名家。做为书法界优秀的代表人物以其独特的人格力量和优秀的书法作品为传承发扬光大中华文明做出了应有贡献。

He is one of the first batch of innovative talents inintangible cultural heritage selected by the NationalCenter for the Development and Protection of IntangibleCultural Heritage. Received another honor within twoyears. Received the Outstanding Mentor Award at thePicasso International Youth Painting Competition (Finals)in October 2023. In November 2023, he was appointedas a specially invited academician by the WorldIntangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute. InJanuary 2024, he was selected by the China Art TalentFoundation as an expert enjoying special allowances.

The teacher studied traditional Chinese culture anddeeply realized that everything has an elephant, with abalance between yin and yang, and the same great way. The teacher applies the soul of philosophy and medicineto the innovation of calligraphy practice, pursuing thebalance of the mean in calligraphy, the inaction of Laoziand Zhuangzi, and the meditation of Buddhism,achieving a balance of yin and yang. He usesbrushstrokes and lines to reflect the essence, charm,philosophy, and understanding of calligraphy, with aprofound artistic conception. The works of observationare like silent music, tangible dance. It embodiespatriotism and expresses the spirit of great love andcompassion. Guided by a profound foundation intraditional Chinese culture and decades of skill, theworks are powerful, with a combination of spirit andform, and a delicate and elegant physique, deeplyembodying the essence of the Two Kings. Inheriting theessence of Jin, Han, Tang, Song, and Yuan famouscalligraphers, with a focus on small regular script, hisworks are both beautiful in form and spirit, making hima shining star among today's calligraphers.

Mr. Fang takes calligraphy as his way of practice. For along time, he has created works such as the CompleteWorks of Mao Zedong's Poetry, the Diamond Sutra, theTao Te Ching of Laozi, the Great Learning, the Disciple'sRegulations, and the Heart Sutra, which fullydemonstrate the perfect combination of the idea ofunity between heaven and man and calligraphy art inseal script, clerical script, regular script, and thin goldfont.

The charm of Mr. Fang's calligraphy art can make peoplecalm and joyful, with smooth Qi and blood circulation,full of energy, and a strong aura that is both refined andpopular. It showcases an elegant artistic style, such asthe simplicity of jade, which is both wise on the outsideand beautiful on the inside, exuding a strong aura. Especially in the creation of the Heart Sutra, it bringspeace and joy to one's heart, and can enhance oneselfby incorporating feng shui from the outside. Mr. Fang'scalligraphy works have been exhibited multiple times athome and abroad, winning awards and publishing worldstamps and Chinese stamps respectively. Severalcalligraphy works have been included in works such as"A General History of Chinese Art","A History of ChineseCalligraphy", and "A Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphy". He has served as an art consultant and has been widelypromoted by news media. He is currently recognized asa renowned calligrapher. As an outstandingrepresentative figure in the calligraphy industry, he hasmade due contributions to the inheritance andpromotion of the great Chinese civilization with hisunique personality power and excellent calligraphyworks.

楷精法详修碑帖 功不欺世真功夫

——记著名书法家方晋平

书法之高峰在晋韵唐法，所以书法文化之弘扬，当以传承为龙脉。当代著名书法家方晋平先生，就是一位遂心应手书晋韵、法不欺人写唐楷的实力派。当代书坛浮躁风气渐行渐盛，特别是丑书大幅度拉低了书法文化的价值。观览方晋平的书法作品，必然大振心颜，因为他的书法创作一扫丑书流弊，让人们重新可以看到正宗书道的金书锦字!由是，方晋平不仅仅是一位卓越的书法贤家，还是书法文化弘扬的功勋行者!

方晋平磨砺书道，有博涉多优的宽度，写得诸书皆成。篆书师法泰山碑，隶书参意曹全碑，书圣的《乐毅论》《兰亭序》，颜正卿的《多宝塔碑》，柳公权的《玄秘塔碑》，赵孟頫的《老子道德经》，赵佶的瘦金体广有涉猎，法取碑帖的修养相当宽博。尤其是楷书与行书炉火纯青，完完全全地表达着文人书风的书卷气息，带有令人赏心悦目万分折服的品质。不妨走进他的翰墨世界，一观这位当代书坛雄才的正大气象。方先生历练楷书，自柳公权法帖入体，把柳体诸帖临习得世莫能辨，一遍正脚手，二遍得形势，三遍解其本，四遍抽拔自如，五遍刚柔相济!事实上，他临法帖不止于数千遍，是一位真正追习柳骨而不遗余力的书痴!

小楷作品如《心经》精研珍贵，质如和璧隋珠，要么收存于实力藏家，要么高阁于国家典藏。他历练书法痴之迷之，全因爱之为甚!大爱必深研，厚积必薄发。经过临池不辍的心追手临，他完全觉悟了书道要义，把楷书真法秘籍解锁得一览无余，所以其楷书创作可见上下非齐平、左右非方整，高低相倾，前后相随，写得完全不是算子之状，而是万千变化的天质自然。他的楷书非常强调笔墨的书写效果，啄笔快利自如，勒笔急去缓加，侧笔走势流畅，努笔直作曲意，八法之妙挥洒自如，唐楷正宗真实不虚!

方晋平取得非凡的书法功成，与书性超人有关系，与法由师授也有关系。他自幻跟青海书法名家学习书法，经由口传手授，立下了超绝古今的志向，得入室之技，所以能够在书坛脱颖而出，其名大著!他除了用精研的法度写书法，还用传统文化精髓深研书道，作为一代名医，他对中医体系有深刻的把握，能通过阴阳平衡指导书法富有生命质感的创作，善于在书法里制造矛盾，然后释以平衡。笔里有墨，墨里有笔，用笔墨作线条，讲究筋骨雄健，脉络通畅，通则达，畅则生，书法合以医道，泊满中庸之道，冲气以为活，字字皆有饱满的精气神!

楷精法详修碑帖，功不欺世真功夫。方晋平不但是一位深有历练的书法实践大家，还是一位精心思考书法理论的思想家。他通过书论的全息解读，深谙“书为心画，依书抒情”的书法真谛，通过临写《兰亭序》表达书文相通的文化内涵，让他的临本也有古今相传的品格。惠风和畅，天朗气清，临帖精微，令人读来也有后之视今亦如今之视昔的感叹。研习颜鲁公的《祭侄稿》则通透于书以抒情的表达，令他的书法线条可以随着心情的变化，在一划之间变起伏于锋杪，在一点之内殊衄挫于毫芒!借古开今，方晋平亦对《寒食帖》毛体书法有系统研习，以至他的书法可以汲取众家之长，做到融会贯通，写出了笔墨当随时代的新气象!(杨振明为原央视美术评论员)
